This property was purchased in January 2007 with the existing 8 x 12 ft insulated shed on the property. The entire property was poured with concrete to conform to Roadhaven Resort's Architectural Committee standards. The current new park model was purchased from RV Traders on Jan.30, 2007. A new patio awning running the full length of the north side of the structure was installed by Mesa Awnings in February 2007. This metal roof protects the patio from winter rain storms and provides shade in the spring and summer months.
There is plenty of space available to park your golf cart or to store your vehicle under cover during the summer months.
Due to the recent age of the home, the park model itself and most of the contents still have some of the manufacturers' original warranty in effect.
