I have been with my employer 5 years last November. I work for QS/1 Data Systems. They give awards for years of service. I could choose from a number of items. I went with 3/8" Milwaukee drill, 20 pc Titanium drill bit set, a 38 pc Milwaukee quick loc drill and drive set, a 22" tool box. I also picked out a 120 pc 'home' took kit. This I'll give to the wife, so she can stop using my tools. I'm very thankful for my job. There aren't too many weeks that I don't walk around the building and thank God for where I work.

This is how I typically hold the flex when drilling. I don't remember being told to do it any particular way in school. I punch a point in the spot where the hole goes into the metal so the bit doesn't skitter around and anchor my wrist and go. It looks a little crooked in the photo, but the hole had already been drilled, just taking the picture with my elbow. I normally hold the drill bit perpendicular to the metal.
