What's there to do here in the Coastal Bend?  Are you kidding?  There isn't enough time in a day to do everything we have to offer.  I've listed several of the things I enjoy around town, and will keep adding as I go.  If you know about something that I haven't tried yet, just shoot me an email.  First, I'd love to try it out, and I'll certainly add it to my list.

Corpus Christi Marina: 

The Corpus Christi Municipal Marina is the focal point of our city. It is on Corpus Christi Bay protected from the Gulf of Mexico by sandy barrier islands off the Texas Coast. Proud of its enhancements to the Bayfront, the Marina invites you to enjoy the amenities and services it provides.

The USS Lexington: The USS LEXINGTON rests in Corpus Christi Bay (my backyard), just across the ship channel from downtown Corpus Christi.  The museum is open seven days a week except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. 

Opens at 9:00 a.m. Ticket sales close at 4:30 p.m., and the museum Closes at 5:00 p.m.

 Texas State Aquarium:  Travel an aquatic journey from the shore to the depths of the Gulf of Mexico and beyond. Thousands of animals representing over 300 species are found within 700,000 gallons of fun and fascination.
Hours of Operation: Daily 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Labor Day through March 1) Open daily 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.(March 1 to Labor Day)
