This was on my desk when i got into the office today. Woo hoo. Go tarts, go. Funny as it is, I am at a complete loss as to why Kellogg's would settle on the name "Go-Tarts!"™ (complete with exclamation point in the trademark) for a food product. I assume they are not going to market these in the UK. Then again... Got tarts? I so want a Go-Tarts!™ t-shirt. Go-Tarts!™ Theeerrrrre Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat! (I wonder of General Mills is going to come out with a rival product, Go-Vicars!)

So, it's the middle of winter (there's ice on my driveway), but it's okay to indulge in a little summer once in a while. This tart has a sable crust and is filled with a lemon custard. It's topped, of course, with fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and mint leaves. Explore debut #377.
