The Mouse and the Motorcycle

We are so sad that we weren't able to read our end of the year story to our 2nd graders this year. Usually, after we have read the book, we watch the movie during this last week of school. Here is the link to watch it if your family chooses to. The book is an oldie, but fantastic. It is available on Amazon if you would like your student to read it over the summer. You can also try the online resources at the Simi Valley Library. Book clubs are a fantastic summer idea! Do they have friends that they can read this or other books with? You can find lots of fun book club ideas on the internet. Make sure to ask your parents for permission and help :)
