Henry High SCHOOl Presents "Clue - Stay at home version"

Patrick Henry High School's Theatre Department proudly presents the digital play CLUE - Stay at Home Version over Zoom on March 26 and 27 at 7 PM

During this pandemic, the performing arts have had to make major adjustments. So much of what we do is limited, so we need to pivot, adapt, change. Patrick Henry High School's theatre department is an exemplary model of this, demonstrated by the fact that they are producing their first-ever digital play next week. The experience has been challenging yet rewarding.

The students and staff at Henry embarked into uncharted territory when they decided to produce a play using only the Zoom platform. This method proved to provide many opportunities to explore a new medium for live theatre. Each scene was rehearsed and recorded live over a period of weeks. The final show will be edited together into a 90-minute play.

The result will be a delightful presentation of CLUE - Stay at Home Version that will be streamed over Zoom on March 26 and 27 at 7 PM. The production, adapted from the Paramount Pictures film, showcases the characters from the Parker Brothers board game CLUE in a murder mystery that keeps you wondering "Whodunnit?"

Tickets can be purchased at www.phhstheatre.com. Following the show, a live talkback with the cast will provide an opportunity for audience members to ask questions about the process. RSVP links for this talkback can be found on the PHHS website.
