Aya Soudi's Maker Journal
Aya Soudi's Maker Journal
My name is Aya Soudi, an intern pharmacist at Cairo University with a strong passion for learning and Development, Research and Development, and science communication. I am particularly interested in exploring innovative ways to simplify and convey scientific concepts to individuals with no prior background in science. To further this passion, I collaborated with Science Street as a science communicator, engaging with children during a summer camp.
I have a deep appreciation for volunteering and have contributed to various organizations, including Maaan Foundation, the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation at Cairo University (EPSF-Cairo), Kayan, and Gharnata Academy. Additionally, I volunteered as an organizer for the SHE CAN Career Edition event hosted by Entreprenelle.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy creative hobbies such as drawing, painting, lettering design, and Arabic calligraphy.
Currently, I am enrolled in the Maker Diploma program to gain hands-on experience in transforming innovative ideas into practical, smart products that can positively impact daily life. My ultimate goal is to integrate pharmacy science with programming to create solutions that bridge both fields..
