Meet your director

My name is Adrienne Perkins, I am the choral director at Pineville High School.  I am a PHS Class of 2011 graduate.   I earned my Bachelor's Degree Vocal Music Education at Louisiana College in 2015.  My biggest aspiration is to help students not only become proficient musicians, but help them to be passionate about the arts.  Building the choral program at Pineville High is the biggest goal that has been set. Formally, I taught choir and theatre at Grant High School from 2015-2020.  In that time, the choral department began to participate in LMEA events (All-State, District Honor Choir, Large Ensemble Assessment.)  At PHS, I teach beginning choir, intermediate choir, advanced choir, theatre I, theatre II, and piano lab.
