Ripon High School Drama Club Announces Performances of “Anything Goes”

Ripon, Wisconsin - The Ripon High School Drama Club is pleased to announce performance dates for its 2026 spring musical, Anything Goes. Performances of Anything Goes will take place in the Ripon High School Auditorium (850 Tiger Drive).

Performance Dates:

Thursday, February 19th at 7:00 PM
Friday, February 20th at 7:00 PM
Saturday, February 21st Matinee at 2:00 P.M.
Saturday, February 21st at 7:00 P.M.

General Admission Tickets are $10, and Students and Teachers are $5. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or in person at the box office at each performance. Cast and ticket sale information can be found at: sites.google.com/ripon.k12.wi.us/drama.

The SS American has set sail from NY to London. Aboard, the lovelorn Billy has stowed away on a mission to stop the marriage of his mystery muse, heiress Hope Harcourt, to the millionaire Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. Also on the ship are Reno Sweeney, an evangelist-turned-nightclub singer, and her bevy of “angelic” showgirls, who will be providing music and dance entertainment during the crossing. The ship has no sooner set sail than the passengers start turning religion into show business and criminals into celebrities, skewering Wall Street, prohibition, old money Brits, and a few other ripe targets.

Now, it is up to Billy with the help of showgirls, sailors and public enemy #13, to find, woo and win back his true love. Unlikely alliances arise as mischief and mayhem ensue in this madcap musical by beloved composer and Tony Award winner Cole Porter.

Cole Porter’s unforgettable score features classics like “You’re the Top,” “I Get a Kick Out of You,” and, of course, “Anything Goes.” With dazzling dance numbers, witty humor, and infectious charm, this production promises an evening of pure entertainment. So grab your life jacket and get ready for a first-class voyage with Ripon High School’s production of “Anything Goes!”

Celebrating the Theatre Arts at Ripon (WI) High School

The Ripon High School Drama Club performs a fall play and spring musical each year. Performances take place in the high school auditorium. Drama Club encourages participation and growth in the performing arts, and students are encouraged to get involved in a variety of ways, including acting, stage crew, lighting, sound, set, props, and costumes.
