McQuade Dillard

My name is McQuade Dillard and I have had the opportunity to teach at Rockmart High School for two years now. The 2021-2022 school year will be my third year working at RHS. I graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of West Georgia. I work with students as a special education and science teacher.

Before my time at Rockmart High School, I taught middle school science for two years. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife of five years, Michaela, our two dogs, Reggie and Sammie, family, and friends.

As a teacher, I value supporting students and helping them recognize their potential. My goal is to teach every student to be respectful, be present, and be consistent.
