Password Management

ClassLink Portal & Password Recovery

All staff and students are given a network username and password when hired or enrolled. These credentials are used to log into district devices and applications.

Pasadena ISD has implemented the ClassLink portal to manage access to district supported applications from inside the district as well as remotely.

The ClassLink portal also gives teachers the ability to manage student accounts so they can assist their students in setting up and manage their own passwords. The Student Password Overview page shows the progression of password requirements for students.

Teachers are encouraged to assist their students to create secure passwords and set up their recovery methods, where available. These instructions can be found on the Password Options and Student Instructions pages.

Staff and students (5th-12th) can reset a forgotten password at any time from anywhere using the ClassLink Recovery feature. Instructions are provided on the Password Recovery page.
