When establishing the flow of the day, each teaching team works to create a consistent, predictable flow of the day that suits the needs of the group of students.  The flow of the day is a flexible and fluid plan that minimizes transitions, is responsive to the children’s needs, and respects fixed elements of the school schedule such as visiting the library and gym. Free play, guided play, and some direct instruction occur every day.
