Opportunities available for additional training in math:

-Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:45-3:45 P.M. – CATS – Student tutors and Math teacher in attendance in the Fishbowl in the Media Center

-Contact Mrs. Atchinson in the Guidance Office for a National Honor Society student who volunteers their time to help tutor.

-Ms. Snyder’s Availability - Before school (most mornings - just ask!) and Tuesdays after school in CATS. Feel free to communicate with me if those times do not work.

Hello! I am Ms. Snyder and have been teaching for 10 years. This is my 8th year at Northview High School in Grand Rapids. My favorite part of teaching is when students achieve that "Aha" moment. This takes grit and perservance to acheieve. It is my goal to get you there!

I also would love my students to mathematics more when they leave my class. The bottom line is I want my students to leave my classroom with a strong work ethic, be kind to all, and never give up because "it is tough".

Ms. Snyder Outside of the Classroom

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy being active, playing sports especially basketball. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I am Aunt Rah Rah to my 10 years old niece - Cali, my 7 years old nephew - Everett, and my birthday buddy nephew - Asher, who is 4 years old.
