Hangout with Rahma

I'm available to meet online on Google Hangout from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Mondays to Thurdays. Please let me know how you are feeling and if you need assistance with anything.

Be present. Not just what's going on outside of the physical body. Observe what may be going on inside as we are safely guided to relax and follow and observe the breath.
