May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month is a NAMI initiative to foster open dialogues, cultivate empathy and understanding, and destigmatize mental health. The 2024 theme is “Take the Moment”, aiming to normalize the practice of taking moments to prioritize mental health care without guilt or shame.
