Exploring Self-Confidence and Navigating Justice Systems
Our project seeks to explore how individuals’ self-worth, shaped by cultural identity and personal experiences, influences their interactions with various systems of justice, including informal community-based practices and formal legal systems.
The purpose is to understand how individuals balance their personal identity with formal systems (ex: law enforcement) and informal community practices. It examines how trust, fairness, and empowerment within these systems affect personal behavior, participation, and views on justice.
Take the assessment by clicking on the "Self-Perception Tool" tab where you will be directed to the assessment page.
Once you have tallied up your results, head to our "Exploring your Results" page. This section will go more in-depth regarding your score and what it means.
Based off of your results, you can find helpful resources under the "Resources" tab.
