Welcome to 3rd grade in Room 12!! Third grade can be a challenge for students because it is a big step up from second, but I’m certain we will have plenty of fun learning together. I always encourage my students to try their best, but also to ask for help when it’s needed. The best way to learn is through making mistakes, and successes are so much sweeter when they come from hard work. In addition to making an effort, important keys for success in my classroom are following directions and staying organized. Learning to be independent and responsible is a big part of 3rd grade.
