I am excited to continue working in House C this year with the 6th graders. I am a Learning Specialist who will be teaching Reading Strategies and team-teaching in English. This is my 8th year at Harmony Middle School, and I was previously at Kenneth Culbert Elementary.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, continued with post graduate studies at SUNY New Paltz and Montclair State, and completed the Masters in Special Education program at George Mason University.

When not supporting my students at school, I enjoy reading (especially historical fiction), working on projects around the house, gardening, hiking, yoga, traveling, walking my dogs, and doing farm chores.

My best memories are made when my husband and I get a chance to share a meal and visit with our five children (who all attended Harmony!) under one roof, or sky.
