Mr. "C", 6th Grade Science
I'm thrilled to be able to work with your children in my 29th year of teaching in Loudoun County and my 8th at Harmony. I live in Round Hill with my wife, Kim, and my two sons, Lucas and Nick. Lucas is a junior at JMU and Nick is a freshman at Bowling Green University. The theme in our class this year is ; Exploring Science. We will begin our journey learning about Space and Energy Resources. We will then move onto properties of water and the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Next, we'll move onto atmosphere, weather and matter. Along the way, we'll be using the scientific method to conduct "Real World" experiments and labs. Our focus this year is PBL; Project Based Learning. Grades are posted in Schoology.
Here are handouts, study guides, and directions for projects. This folder would be set as Public so students and parents can access what is in there without signing in.
