Wisconsin School Nutrition Purchasing Coopertive

The Wisconsin School Nutrition Purchasing Cooperative (WiSNP) requests proposals in response to this solicitation for the services of a Procurement Specialist. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a fixed-price contract with a person or persons(s) that will provide administrative and procurement services.

The WiSNP Procurement Specialist is pivotal in establishing and managing procurement contracts that support the needs of WiSNP's Member Districts’ Child Nutrition Programs. The Specialist will execute end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement guidelines. This position will work closely with school district food service directors, suppliers, and cooperative leadership to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of quality goods and services. This is a year-round, remote position with occasional in-person meetings.

Respondents must submit completed proposal materials to bid.submissions@wisnp.org with the subject "Proposal Procurement Specialist 2025-08". WiSNP will not accept proposals received after the deadline. There will not be a formal bid opening. Emails labeled “Proposal Procurement Specialist 2025-08” will not be opened until after the deadline.

WiSNP reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any errors or corrections in a proposal or in the proposal process. WiSNP will award the contract based on a review and analysis of the proposals that determines which proposal best meets the needs of WiSNP. Following the review and analysis of all responsive proposals, WiSNP may request an oral presentation from Respondents.
