“Hello! My name is Amy Chesek.
I retired as a GCS teacher in 2022 after decades of teaching high school Social Studies. I’m also certified in English and Elementary Education. Filling in for Mrs. Oberle will be my 9th Long Term Substitute assignment since “retiring.” 😊
Virginia Tech is where I earned my B.A. (Go Hokies!), along with graduate credit from USC.
I am blessed to have 4 children, 3 young grandchildren and be married to my wonderful husband.”
