About Me

Hi and welcome to the 8th grade! This is my fourth year teaching. I graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelors in Middle Level Education and Grand Canyon University with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I am from York, SC but moved to Greenville in 2021. I live with my college roommate, Madison, and we have 3 dogs, Maggie, Maya and Rocky. I love to take the dogs on hikes and find new adventures. I love reality tv, a little too much. I also like watching sports; baseball and football are my favorite! I coach softball here at Mauldin Middle School. I'm most always in a silly goofy mood and love to have fun while learning! I chose to teach math because it has always been my favorite subject in school. I like to push myself and students to be better than the day before. I feel that other than learning, the most important thing is to make connections with the students and build relationships with their families.
