My husband and I recently moved from Florida to South Carolina to be closer to our children and grandchildren. We raised 5 children and have 6 grandchildren. I have been teaching since 1986. I retired from Brevard County Schools in Florida. Currently, I am working with the ESOL Program at Bryson Elementary. I taught preschool, kindergarten, K-12th grade for ESOL, adult ESOL classes, Community College classes, and ESOL certification classes for teacher certification. My Masters Degree is in Educational Leadership, my Educational Specialist Degree is in TESOL and I have an Educational Specialist Degree in Education. I enjoy learning new technology, sharing ideas, and teaching through UDL principles and cooperative group learning. I believe in using research-based strategies that increase learning, build motivation, and develop life long learning skills. I look forward to a great year!
