Hi! My name is Amy Eldridge. This is my fourth year teaching at Heritage. I am a second career teacher. I earned my first degree in Mechanical Engineering at Greenville Technical College. While homeschooling my two sons for K-2nd and 6th-8th grades, I realized I have a passion for teaching. I returned to school and earned a degree in Elementary Education at Western Governors University. I have mostly taught 5th grade, however I am super excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year. I love incorporating technology and student interest in lessons. 

I have lived my entire life here in beautiful northern Greenville County. My husband and I have two sons. Our family includes two fur  babies, Luke the cat and Izik the dog! Besides teaching, I also enjoy fishing, riding ATVs, gardening, DIY projects and spending time with my family.

 I am grateful to be teaching at Heritage and delighted to be your child’s teacher. I look forward to a school year filled with learning and fun! I am always available to answer any questions you may have so please reach out anytime.
