Sara Collins Library!

The Sara Collins Library is a hub of reading and learning for our school. Kindergarten and first grade classes come every week for lessons and to check out books. Second and third grade classes come every other week for lessons, but can also come between those days to check out books. Fourth and fifth grade students can come any time it is convenient with their teacher to check out books.

We want students to read because they love it and choose whatever books they want to read. Ms. Brown is always ready to help students find a book about a topic of interest or something they will love to read! Students can also get help with research and resources for projects, finding and evaluating the best sources for research and citing those sources.

Special events and activities throughout the year include Scout's Book Club, Battle of the Books, Book Fairs and our yearly celebration of reading with an author visit and many fun activities.

The Library is also home to the IB World News, our daily morning news broadcast.

You can go anywhere in your imagination
