I am Judy Hall and serve as the Title I Facilitator for Thomas E. Kerns. I work with our Title I monies to prepare, monitor and to review how federal monies are used to impact student achievement by matching assessed needs with appropriate funding. Title I federal monies currently fund additional teachers, interventionists, an instructional coach and a behavior interventionist. Classroom materials and professional development opportunities for teachers are also provided through Title I funds.
