FYI: Welcome Elementary School - Perfect Attendance policy is a student must not be tardy more than 5 days per quarter, nor 10 days per year to receive a Perfect Attendance Certificate for the quarter or the entire year.

Yearbooks will go on sale during the month of February. They will be $15.00.

Family movie night is coming! January 19th -- $1 only to watch Trolls with your family for K-2! More information to come.

Please remember that all students should be dropped off each morning in the car rider line.

The Welcome Elementary Running Club will begin on February 6th. A letter is going home with students today about his club. If you would like for your child to participate, please return the form and money to school by January 26th. If you have any questions, let me know!!

The vision of Welcome Elementary is to educate and empower each child to be an independent lifelong learner, and a productive, responsible citizen. We will achieve this by creating a safe and nurturing environment for all students. Our state standards-based curriculum will be progressive, challenging, and rigorous. Instruction will be interactive, providing opportunities that are developmentally appropriate and will integrate technology across all areas of the curriculum.
