I am honored and humbled to take part in this stage of my students' lives and their education. My mission is to encourage my students to become physical and health literate individuals so that they may lead a healthy and active lifestyle. My goal is for my students to become competent with the subject matter and content; have confidence to be a physically literate individual; and ultimately live a life that they can be able to meet life challenges and go on awesome adventures without their health and well-being interfering with their life goals and dreams. It starts with making relationships to encourage to do just that.
