Culinary 1: Bonds Career Center Culinary1 Management Course prepares young culinarians for a career in the hospitality and restaurant industry by emphasizing skills in the following areas: Culinary basics, Cuisines, Dining Room Operations, Food Production Techniques, food Service Management, Menu Development, Nutrition, Professionalism, Safety and Sanitation, and Sustainability.


Baking and Pastry: Bonds Career Center Baking and Pastry  course provides students an opportunity to develop fundamental skills needed to work in the Baking and Pastry facets of the Culinary and Hospitality Industry. Students will develop advanced skills in baking and pastry making, in addition to Management skills, Safety and Sanitation, and Professionalism. Specialized content includes units on developing formulas and techniques, advanced breads, desserts, and pastries. Students will also gain skills in specialty cakes, specialized dietary baking.
