Ms. Hall's Classroom

Message from Ms. Hall

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Welcome to 2023 - 2024  school year! It is my pleasure to introduce myself to you.  My name is Chantelle Hall , an international teacher from Jamaica , and I will be teaching Algerba 1 Hons and Algebra 3 this semester.  I have over 5 years of experience as a mathematics teacher. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics for Secondary Education at the Shortwood Teachers College and is also pursuing my Masters in Educational Leadership.

In math, students will be expected to be working at school and at home in order to fully understand advanced concepts. Here at Greenville Early College in some courses, students will be using  Carnegie learning materials which includes MATHbook, Mathia software and Skills Practice and Savvas Easy Bridge to acquire South Carolina College and Career-Ready Mathematical Process Standards. I have many expectations for my students here at Greenville Early College and hard work is one of them.

I firmly believe that the best education will take place when the parents, students, and teachers work together as a team. I am looking forward to working with you and your child this school year.  I assure you I will work diligently to make your child’s classroom environment both engaging and productive bringing math into life.  With that in mind, feel free to contact me by phone at 864-355-7562 or by email at cbhall@greenvilleschools.us Together we can make your child be successful in school this year.

Thank you again for this opportunity to introduce myself.  Best wishes to you and your family this school year!

Sincerely,

Ms. Chantelle Hall
