Hi, I'm so glad you're reading this! My name is Savanah Haas. I grew up in Sugar Land, TX, but I have been living in the Hill Country since 2004.

This year marks my 15th year in education, and my sixth as a 5th grade teacher. I am thrilled to dive into science, and I cannot wait to learn and explore with your children! Previously I taught math for 5 years and special education for 9 years at Barton Creek, Valley View, and Eanes Elementary.

I received my B.A. from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX for Political Science with a minor in Psychology, and I received my Master's of Education degree from Texas State University through the PTEP program- supported by EEF.

My husband, Zeke, and I had our first child, Silas, in 2021 ,and we have two "fur babies," Kooky and Harley. Together, we love road trips, traveling, reading, fishing, swimming, camping, hiking, backpacking, the San Antonio Spurs, and checking out all of the new and local eateries.

I look forward to learning alongside you!
