About Me

My name is Jenna Holmes, and I am thrilled to be joining the Forest Trail family this year! I

grew up in the wonderful Eanes community and graduated from Westlake High School. I

attended Southwestern University as an undergraduate where I played NCAA soccer. After

working as a business analyst at Hewitt Associates, I earned my Master’s degree in elementary

education from Southwest Texas State and taught in various positions for 13 years….8 of those

at Valley View Elementary. After taking some time off to stay home with my two incredible

boys (Carson – incoming freshman at WHS) and (Cullen – incoming 4th grader), I am excited to

get back in the classroom again. Most of my time is spent watching Carson on the golf course

and Cullen on the soccer field, but in our limited free time, my husband and I enjoy traveling,

trying new restaurants, and snuggling our pups, Flash and Charlie. I can’t wait to experience

the back-to-school energy at FTE in a few weeks, and I look forward to a fantastic year!
