I am originally from Gilbert, WV. I relocated to Hartsville, SC in 1995 and have been employed with the Darlington County School District ever since. I have taught English at Darlington High School and at Lamar High School. I have also taught in the DCSD Adult Education Program and am currently the assistant principal at Mayo High School for Math, Science & Technology. I have been working in the field of education since 1988.
