The organizers of this conference are committed fostering a welcome and inclusive environment. We will not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), age, disability, genetic information or parental status. We invite participants to ask for necessary accommodations to ensure they can participate fully in the conference (for example, microphones for speakers, a lactation room, or a list of local child care providers).

We support the Welcoming Environment Statement of the Association for Women in Mathematics.

We emphasize that Sage Days Duluth is supported by the University of Minnesota Duluth, the GEAR network, the National Science Foundation, and is organized in cooperation with the Association for Women in Mathematics, and governed by their equal opportunity policies. There are more affordable options which are farther away: Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth by the Mall, AmericInn by Wyndham Duluth, Tru by Hilton Duluth Mall Area. You may find bnb's/ airbnb's that are closer to campus. Salyard's Mansion is walkable to UMD's campus.

We have booked rooms for the invited experts and group leaders at Fitger's Inn. Fitger's provides shuttle service to and from the airport and to UMD campus M-Th morning. Parking Information: During the summer all maroon, white, and green lots plus pay lot G are free of charge. There is a maroon lot near HCAMS, the Heikkila Chemistry building that is most convenient to the conference area. If you follow the signs to the admissions center you will come to Solon Campus Center. All buildings on campus can be accessed through inside hallways, please look for posted maps!

Either Darland Administration building or SCC itself is a good way to enter on foot.

Bus Information: Fitger's and Pier B have shuttle service to the UMD campus. If you wish to take advantage of that, inquire on check-in. Most hotels (including Fitger's and Pier B) are located downtown or in the Canal Park area of town. The Duluth transit company has bus routes connecting this area of town to the UMD campus.
