I am an Assistant Professor in the Mathematics Department at Christopher Newport University. I completed my graduate work at the University of New Hampshire and my undergraduate studies from Washington and Lee University. I have also earned masters degrees at NC State and at the University of Virginia. Before all this, I grew up in upstate New York.
My research interests include nonlinear and chaotic dynamical systems. I also enjoy teaching and have taught a variety of mathematics courses at many levels. I am also a member of Project NExT (Red '15).
