A.    Final Reading of Ordinance 26-01: An Ordinance of the City of Macclenny amending the Capital Improvements element of the Comprehensive Plan to update the five-year schedule of capital improvements.

 

B.     Final Reading of Ordinance 25-03: An Ordinance of the City of Macclenny, State of Florida rezoning the property as described herein from Residential Single-Family (RS-1) and Residential Mobile Home (RMH) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) on the zoning map and providing for an effective date.  Note: Developer has requested a continuance until the December 9, 2025, meeting.

 

III.             NEW BUSINESS

A.    Ordinance 25-02: An Ordinance of the City of Macclenny, State of Florida amending the property as described herein from Low Density Residential and Mobile Home to Medium Density Residential on the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map and providing for an effective date.  Note: Developer has requested a continuance until the December 9, 2025, meeting.

B.     City Manager to provide update on legislative appropriations request.
