Basketball was the round one sport. The winning student team played against teachers for the final game.
The teachers won the game 15-8. Both teams did a great job!

Please join us for Buist Academy Bingo Night, a fundraiser benefiting the Buist Academy Foundation, which supports the funding for supplies and additional curriculum for students and teachers at Buist.
All members of the family are welcome to attend!
Pizza and concessions will be available for sale.
Bingo cards can be purchased at the door or in advance for $5 per card.
If you would like to purchase them in advance, please Venmo @Buist-Foundation with your name and number of cards.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP below! We will only have limited tickets available at the door.

Battle of the Books
On Saturday, March 4, 2023, our team, The Page Turners will compete in the Battle of Books.

America's Battle of the Books is a reading incentive program for students in 3rd thru 12th grades. Students read books and come together, usually in groups, to demonstrate their abilities and to test their knowledge of the books they have read. The student competitions are usually similar to the TV series Family Feud or Whiz Kids styles of competitions.

History Bee
On February 16, 2023, Buist Academy held its History Bee. Benjamin Sutherland was the winner. He will now advance to the writing portion of the competition. The other finalists were Katja Berrouet, James Britt, Alex Jiang, and Alisha Patel. Thanks to everyone who participated. We are proud of you!
