Welcome to our shire!

The Shire of Stan Wyrm is the Great Falls, Montana branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism. If you enjoy gripping shows of armored combat, beautiful historical clothing from all over the world, and  live bardic performances, this group is for you! Bring your whole family and come join us in the current middle ages. 

We meet once a week for Arts and Sciences socials and classes on anything from cloth button making to weaving. If you have a project, bring it with and enjoy interacting with our lovely populace. 

Along with our weekly meetups, we have two yearly events, Fool's Revel and Dragon's Tear. Be sure to attend these exciting events to get the full experience, such as taking part in a traditional medieval court, joining or watching multiple different kinds of tournaments and competitions, and meeting new people all across the Kingdom of Artemisia.
