| This is a small free car park at Mersea Harbour where you can park for 18 hours in a 24 hour period but it's usually full. The harbour area is always busy and parking is controlled by single yellow lines which operate from April to September between the hours of 8am and 6pm so pick your spot carefully. Don't be tempted to park in the Yacht Club - they will clamp you. To catch the boats walk to the end of the public jetty (indicated by the yellow circle below):  If you're staying overnight we suggest you drop your stuff at the harbour and find a kerbside parking space in any green area. If you're just staying for the evening you can park anywhere except the red areas after 6pm. |
