CHILDREN Sunday School Sunday School for children ages 3 - 15 is taught on Sunday mornings from 8:30am - 9:30am in the months of September through May. Children ages 3 through 15 are invited to
join in the Growing In Christ Sunday School program which
teaches the main stories of the Bible. Confirmation Confirmation Classes for 6th-8th graders meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm - 8pm during the school year. ADULTS Adult Bible Study Adults meet on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am in the Summer months and 8:45 am during the school year. Pastor Faulkner leads the group in discussions surrounding Books of the Bible or Topics of Timely Interest. Monday Morning Matthew Monday Morning Matthew meets from 10:00 am - 11:00 am every Monday morning Pastor
Faulkner
leads our discussions on theology, life, witnessing, faith,
current events and much more as we read through the Gospel of Matthew
and ask all sorts of questions of one another. Once we have read
through Matthew we will book another book of the Bible and change our
name. Men's Bible Study is held from October through April at Zion. Women's Bible Study is held on a rotating basis either at Zion or in the homes of members of the church. Watch the announcements in the weekly bulletin for upcoming scheduling information. Adult Confirmation Instruction Adult confirmation instruction is offered to those interested in church membership. This class focuses on our faith and the teachings of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod theology using the Holy Bible and Martin Luther's Small Catechism as it's primary resources. |
