Hi! My name is Yu-Chang Hsu

I currently serve as the assessment coordinator for the NSF-funded TOYS 'N MORE project (Toys and Mathematics Options for Retention in Engineering) at the Pennsylvania State University. I have successfully defended my dissertation and will receive my Ph.D. degree in Instructional Systems with a minor in Educational Psychology in December 2009.
