They Teach Us
Foundco

As a new client, there are a few things we'd like to show you about how our service is different from any other technology consulting service available today!
We figure the best way to introduce ourselves is by first providing links to the most important parts of our network, our bread and butter.  The first thing
you should know is that this website is our Client Portal, it examines all the substance of our network and commonly references our Knowledgebase.
"They Teach Us"... Located at "TheyTeach.us", our knowledgebase has a growing number of articles on topics ranging from our Services, to user
manuals and information on how to use the many components of our Client Interaction Platform.

Client Interaction Platform [CIP] - Powered by Google
Start Page | E-mail | Documents & Sheets | Calendar | Sites

The next area we'd like to show you is what we call the Foundco Client Interaction Platform.  We offer a comprehensive managed hosting solution for websites, and to compliment
this service we offer branded Google applications that deliver unprecedented availability, anti-spam, anti-virus, and recovery options for e-mail, office document storage including
spreadsheets, presentations, word documents, and even simple content management tools for websites.  Google applications offer enterprise tools for storing up to 25GB of e-mail
which can still be accessed from programs such as Microsoft Outlook

There is quite simply no other provider of anti-spam solutions that can compare in pricing and quality to the tools offered by Google, and because the Google Apps network is worldwide,
you also get guaranteed 99.99999% availability of your critical data systems.  Say a disgruntled employee deletes all of your company e-mail... No problem, with the Postini Active Recovery
option provided in the Google Apps policy, you can recover your e-mail up to six months after the fact.

Want to share office documents with your entire staff, or create online presentations for clients?
Google offers online document management tools that have become the industry standard, allowing document editing in groups, and with document revision histories and publishing capabilities
available system-wide.  One of the greatest benefits to the Google Apps platform is the web based calendar, which can be shared company wide to allow easy scheduling of events, appointments,
and meetings.  You can also choose to share contacts company wide, so that each user in your company automatically gets access to the sales contacts or vendors critical to your business.

Swear By Us

Using a web application to manage projects online has many advantages, the primary utility of such a system is to serve as a resource scheduler and reminder tool.
Foundco has employees and outsourced agents throughout the country who use the system to set realistic deadlines for clients, and juggle resources in our organization.
We encourage clients to use the system as a tool for organizing site information, though we don't require our clients to use it.  This is where the Google Apps platform comes into play.
Because Google is a very familiar, easy to use environment, it's quite common for Foundco clients to simply share their documents, spreadsheets, and other files with us using G-mail and Google Docs.
Some clients simply don't have the time to spend managing projects online, and we are very understanding of that.

So the underlying reason the Projects system exists is as a reference for our clients to use when working on a specific project.  For instance, say you would like a report on exactly how many hours
Foundco employees spent writing content, or developing pages on your site last month.  You could simply subscribe to the RSS feed supplied for each project by this the PMC system, and it would
show you all recent updates and the data attributed them.  Billable hours can also be referenced by viewing the project timelog.
