Help for Haiti
Okay Cougars, its time to make a stand. We all know about the tragedy that Haiti currently finds itself in, and we are all going to need to pitch in a helping hand if anything is going to get done. At noon hour in the gathering area every day, the Student Council will be holding a Toonie Drive. Our goal is $910, that's one toonie per person, including staff! This is a grade based competition between us Cougars, and though details are sketchy at best, whispered rumors have been heard that say the fabled Spirit Stick is to be given as a prize! So do your best everyone, and lets strive to make a difference.

Boys Winston Churchill BasketBall Tournament
In Calgary last Friday we are sad to announce that our boys nearly had victory in their jaws but lost by a single point! Congratulations to them and their determination to go down fighting! Next time.

Hockey Help Too.
Also this weekend is the Hockey for Haiti event. The Cardston Minor Hockey Association is asking for donations at the concession booth, and as an added plus, the hockey ticket sales are split 50/50 with the extra money donated towards Haiti relief.
