How to Apply

To apply by email, email the following information to kbills@wvlearningcenter.com 
  • Student name, age, grade and gender
  • Contact information
  • Brief description of the child's reading difficulties
  • When your child is available for evaluation (morning, afternoon, evening)
All applicants will be scheduled for an evaluation at the Bills home or at a convenient location near you such as a library or school.  Evaluations are done using the Wide Range Achievement Test (3rd Edition) and take approximately 1/2 hour.  All applications and evaluations are free with no obligations.
