Terms and Conditions


In order to submit a video for the Wisconsin Right Life Video Contest of a LIFE-Time, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

I hereby represent and warrant that:

 

    * 1) I understand that the Wisconsin Right to Life, Inc. (WRTL)Video Contest of a LIFE-Time will involve any or all of the following: the placement of the video that I am submitting on the Video Contest of a LIFE-Time website (www.WisconsinRightToLife.org and www.WisconsinTeens4Life.org,);promotion on the WRTL, Wisconsin Teens for Life website, or the National Right to Life website; upload and promotion on youtube.com; and an ungated, universally accessible website during all or any portion of the period from the date I submit my video until June 30, 2008.

    * 2) The video I submit is my own personal property. I own the copyright to this video.   

    * 3) I have received permission from all identifiable individuals who appear in my video to use their image and likeness.  Specifically, I have permission from such individuals to use their image in the Video Contest of a LIFE-Time.   

     * 4) My video does not contain inflammatory, insulting, disrespectful to persons, or obscene content.  I understand that if it contains such content as determined by our judges, WRTL reserves the right to reject my video.

    * 5) I understand that the Video Contest of a LIFE-Time has sole discretion over whether or not to post my video on youtube.com, the WisconsinRighttoLife.org, WisconsinTeens4Life.org or other related websites such as nrlc.org.
   * 6) I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Wisconsin Right to Life,Inc., Wisconsin Teens for Life and all of their respective affiliates, partners, parent organizations, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, contest volunteers and agents (the "Releasees") from all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the use of my video or film in the Video Contest of a LIFE-Time;
    * 7) I hereby agree to indemnify the Releasees from any claims, damages, fees, fines or expenses arising due to WRTL use or promotion of the video or film in connection with the Video Contest of a LIFE-Time.
