Student of the Month
Congratulations to Jennifer Webre, our November student of the month

Interact Club
The Interact Club will be helping us string lights on Nov. 21, and they will be hosting a night at the lights on Dec. 12.  Their next meeting is noon Thursday, Nov. 19, in the BHHS auditorium. We’re all welcome at their meetings and community service projects.

Help: Nature’s Coastal Holiday decorating
There was lots of great help and good weather last weekend, so the bulk of the lights are up. Light-stringing continues at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 21-22, so that the lights  can twinkle by Thanksgiving weekend. Bring friends, family, neighbors, potential club members. Don says there will be free lunch and more good weather for the volunteers.

Help: Nature’s Coastal Holiday hosting
Also, Debby Phillips has signed us up to host the lights on Tuesday, Dec. 1.  You can sign up with her for two-hour shifts at either 5 p.m. or 7 p.m.

Help: Basketball tournament
The BHHS invitational basketball tournament is on again for the weekend of Dec. 11-12. Watch for details about how and when Rotary Club members can help. This is both a service event and a fund-raising event for our club. Last year we banked $500 from the tourney.

Board meeting
The next board meeting will be at noon Monday, Dec. 14, in the conference room at the Curry Coastal Pilot. All club members, especially red badgers, are welcome.

Please Invite Michelle!
When you are making your special plans for the holidays -- shopping trips, holiday cooking and decorating, holiday parties -- please think about including Michelle.  It’s a great way for her to learn about American holiday traditions and learn more about holiday traditions in Argentina. Just call her cell: 541-661-7185.
