Wetland Resources is an environmental consulting firm based in Logan, Utah. We have been providing wetland consulting services in the Intermountain West since 1996.  Over the years, Wetland Resources has developed a reputation of quality, cost efficiency, and strong ethics. This reputation has allowed us to develop strong working relationships with the respective local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

Wetland Resources is operated by Todd Sherman, PWS. Todd received his Masters from Utah State University’s Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning. His research focused on wetland ecosystems of the Intermountain West, and the planning issues associated with these unique environments. Todd is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist, and is registered with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a wetland consultant. His experience includes jurisdictional wetland delineation, wetland functional assessment, Section 404 permitting, wetland restoration/mitigation design, wetland construction supervision, long-term monitoring of wetland mitigation sites, and stream revegetation design. Wetland Resources clients include the Utah Department of Transportation, the Utah Transit Authority, the Idaho Transportation Department, the Federal Highway Administration, natural gas pipeline companies, several large civil engineering firms, Utah ski resorts, private land developers, local municipalities, and other government agencies. Wetland Resources has worked on wetland projects in Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and North Carolina.

Wetland Resources is motivated by a concern for the balance between the growth of our communities and sound natural resource planning. This motivation is supported by a belief that we have the ability to sustain a positive relationship between our communities and the natural environment.
