Please use SmartPass whenever you excuse your students from class.
When a student requests to see a school counselor, SAC, or CST member, it is important to follow these steps:
1. Direct the student to create a Smart Pass and send the request to the receiving staff member ( school counselor, SAC, CST member)
2. When the receiving staff member approves the pass, the student will show the teacher the approved smart pass before permitting them to leave the room.

Technology Assistance for Staff and Students
Dear WOHS Faculty:
The Technology Hub is located in Room 2105 of the Conforti Building (2nd floor near the business labs). The tech window handles HARDWARE ISSUES (Chromebooks or laptops that are not working, broken devices) for staff AND students, and is open during the lunch block from 10:20AM to 11:30AM Monday through Friday. During this time students' Chromebooks can be repaired / teachers can receive technology assistance with hardware. The hub is a window. We urge that those who need tech assistance go earlier versus later.
There is no external access for parents to the Tech Hub. It is for staff or students only.
If a parent is picking up/returning a CB loaner, they must do so at Liberty Middle School.
The Technicians for your building are Adam Grzebyk and Anthony Picnich Jr. PUT IN AN INCIDENT IQ ticket in and they will address your issue.
Tynia Thomassie is your Technology Integration Specialist. She can help assist you with how to USE the technology, softwares and applications sanctioned by the district. (tthomassie@westorangeschools.org, x20558)

Director of Technology
District policy allows each staff member to log into one personal device using an authentication certificate.
This will allow your chosen device (cell phone OR personal laptop) to connect to Wi-Fi whenever you enter a district building. You are free to choose whether you would like your device to be a cell phone, tablet, or computer, but you may only choose ONE. Choosing a cellular device will give you the capability to make phone calls using Wi-Fi calling even if you are in an area with no cellular service.
Please
do not connect district devices using this method as it will stop the device from working.
For detailed instructions on how to connect your personal device click here.
The Technology Work Order System:
