What to Expect

This a demanding programme of mental and physical exercise. A typical day on the non-residental Edinburgh Boot Camp looks like this:

In your life coaching and NLP sessions you will undertake workshop exercises which will propel you towards successfully making the changes you desire. In the fitness program you will learn that exercise is not only essential to keeping in shape, but also is enjoyable and rewarding.

The residential Highland Boot Camp has additional morning and evening sessions.

On the course you will discover insights into how you operate, what motivates you and unearth any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back for achieving your real potential. You will be given the opportunity create new more empowering beliefs, be more motivated than ever before to succeed.

 

Whilst training your mind to accept a new way of working, you will also be training your body in various forms of exercise. Working out need not be a hard slog, and you will be given many options of exercises to try. You will also receive an exercise programme to take home so you can continue the good work. There will be no dragging yourself through the mud, trainers yelling at you or trying to intimidate you. This Boot Camp is suitable for all fitness levels, so be bold and go for it!
