Every registered Democrat is a member of Democratic Party of Washoe County! Party operations are funded through contributing members to provide the solid foundation for our grassroots organization, increase the community visibility, engage volunteers, and define the Democratic ideals.

For federal election purposes we’ll need to gather your name, mailing address, employer (or name of business if you are self-employed) and occupation as well as all contact information, such as home and cell phone numbers and e-mail.

The Democratic Party of Washoe County, an independent local party committee for federal election purposes, may accept contributions from individuals, with a maximum annual aggregate contribution limit per individual of $10,000. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. Nevada law requires us to collect and report the name and address of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 per cycle.
